Start Up Visa
The Start Up Visa is a good opportunity for those individuals who want to take initiative for their own business in the UK for the first time in their career. To pursue this high-value visa category, the applicants must have an innovative, viable, and versatile business idea that has the firm support of an endorsing body.
Under this visa category, the initial endowment for leave is about 2 years, but it doesn’t lead directly to settlement. Nevertheless, if the applicant is timed out of leave after 2 years, they have the authority to switch to the innovator visa category for settlement purposes in the UK.
